The first visit within the framework of «DUHN Winterschool 2025 Interdisciplinary perspectives on supporting Ukrainian science and education» under the project «DUHN: Duisburg-Essen, Kharkiv, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Kryvyi Rih» (Project ID 57808082) took place from November 17 to 23, 2025, and brought together 13 students from partner universities in Ukraine. Among the chemists of SumDU, the 2nd-year master's student Vladyslava Mukvich participated in the school.

The winter school program included both specialized classes and interdisciplinary modules. Chemistry students worked in laboratories, conducted experiments, and presented their results at the end of the school.

Vladyslava Mukvich: "Participation in the academic mobility program left me with very positive impressions. First of all, I want to highlight the excellent team of organizers at the host university – their support and professional approach created comfortable conditions for work and study.

The laboratory practicum was especially interesting and informative: I was able to work with modern research methods and test them in practical conditions. An important part of the experience was the opportunity to analyze samples obtained during practical work, which helped me better understand the specifics of the experimental process.

Overall, the mobility was a useful and pleasant experience for me, which allowed me to see a different approach to organizing education and laboratory work."
