Academic Council Meeting Held at Sumy State University

On March 12, a regular meeting of the Academic Council was held at Sumy State University. The main item on the agenda was the current state of the university’s research activities and measures aimed at their further development.

During the meeting, certificates from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were presented, along with diplomas to the winners of the university’s ranking of structural units for 2025.

According to the results of 2025, the Faculty of TeSET ranked 2nd among the faculties (institutes) of Sumy State University. The Department of Theoretical and Applied Chemistry ranked 32nd among 57 structural units of the university.

The Head of the Department, L.M. Ponomarova, was also awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for her high level of professionalism and conscientious performance of duties in conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertise.
