We are announcing a call for applications for the free online course “Fundamentals of Academic Writing”, which is implemented as part of a joint project with the Czech University of Life Sciences (CZU) — “AgriSciences Platform for Enhancing Science in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions”.

This course is designed specifically for beginning researchers and scientists who want to improve their academic English skills for publishing research results in international publications.

Course details:

Study period: March 2 – April 25, 2026.

Format: 80 hours of asynchronous learning (online).

Platform: Canvas LMS.

Workload: 6–7 hours per week for 7 weeks.

Certification: Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate from the Czech partner.

Requirements for participants:

Status of a teacher, researcher, postgraduate or master's student.

English proficiency at level B2 or higher.

Access to high-speed internet.

High motivation to improve your skills in writing scientific papers.

How to participate? The number of places is limited. Participants will be selected based on the analysis of applications and English language testing.
